Returns
At this time, our return policy is 7 days for full refund or store credit on regular priced merchandise only. All sale items are final sale and excluded from any return or exchange option.
All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact our boutique at bonjour@amiboutique.com to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be attached. Please note all accessories, jewellery and personal items are final sale.
For online orders, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate returns outside of Canada.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are a final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
