This velvet top featuring “encanto” fil coupé detailing has a pared–back yet feminine design counterpointed by the intricate finish of the fabric.  The slender straps leave the shoulders and some cleavage bare, while the flared cut ensures that the garment sways as you walk.  The edges and shoulder straps come in a tonal lurex trim.
