How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take up to two weeks. You’ll be forwarded a tracking number when the courier has collected and processed your order.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of merchandise within ​7 days of purchase.  A store credit will be issued for any item returned after 7 days. Please note that all items must be in original condition—unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, with no other damage—and must be accompanied by your receipt. No returns or exchanges allowed after 14 days.  All sales on fine jewellery, special orders and sale items are final.

How do I start a return?
You can bring your purchase into the store for a refund or store credit, or send us an email at bonjour@amiboutique.com with “ATTN: Returns” followed by your order number in the subject line. We’ll set everything up from there!

Can I return products purchased online in person?
Yes! Just bring your unworn, unwashed product back within seven days of purchase for a full refund, or within 14 days for store credit. Please bring along your order confirmation email as a receipt. Please note there are no refunds on duties and shipping charges.

I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
Let us know as soon as possible! After your order has been processed and dispatched, we can’t change the shipping address. Please call us at ​604-281-4040 and if it’s not too late, we’ll correct the address. If we can’t change the address, you should get in touch with the courier directly to see about redirecting the package.

Which destinations does Ami Boutique ship to?
We ship to Canada and the United States at this time. We hope to add international shipping in the very near future.

What delivery options do you provide?
All deliveries will be made by FedEx Overnight.  Processing of your order may take up to 3 business days.  You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched.
