What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of merchandise within 7 days of purchase. A store credit will be issued for any item returned after 7 days. Please note that all items must be in original condition—unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, with no other damage—and must be accompanied by your receipt. No returns or exchanges allowed after 14 days. All sales on fine jewellery, hats, special orders and sale items are final.
How do I start a return?
You can bring your purchase into the store for a refund or store credit, or send us an email at email@example.com with “ATTN: Returns” followed by your order number in the subject line. We’ll set everything up from there!
